Yes, it seemed like a good idea at the time, but putting you little acorns in a hole was not really the way to grow mighty oaks! This was the day we planted the apple tree. Then over the years that tree grew and grew. That’s how growing is… so slowly that we hardly notice it.

That’s why it is always good to look back. When we look back we can see how far we have come. I hope you can see how far you have come. Then look at your present situation… is this where God wants you today… then of course we look to the future. What will be in store for you?

I always pray for great things for you. Not to impress me or Mommy, just to please the Lord. In the end, that is all that will matter. Hmmmm apples… apple pie… gotta go ask Mommy something 🙂
